We aim for “zero occupational accidents” by thoroughly implementing and continuously improving “safety risk assessment/disaster prevention risk assessment” from the perspective of the site, based on the three principles of "on-site, actual, and reality." Based on “Safety First, Always”, as stated in the Bridgestone Group’s Safety Mission Statement, we thoroughly promote safety fundamental activities and disaster prevention MUST items aiming proudly towards becoming a perfectly safe company.
Individually, each of our employees detect problems and by applying the PDCA cycle we promote continuous improvements.
We comply with laws and regulations requirements and devote to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.
We will promote improvements based on technical evidence, work to raise the level of our operations, and strengthen our corporate culture.

Safety, hygiene and disaster-prevention activities
For our company "Safety always comes first" is one of the most important issues, and by conducting risk-prediction training, safety and hygiene education, disaster-prevention drills and by implementing measures to ensure that all equipment is safe, we aim for zero occupational injuries.
Ensuring employees safety is the basis of any enterprise, and as we have social responsibilities, all personnel becomes one in performing safety, hygiene and disaster-prevention activities in order to achieve zero injuries.
Safety, health and environmental congress
Our company holds "Safety always comes first" as a policy. We have an annual all-company safety, health and environmental congress, and during monthly all-member meetings, our president himself delivers a safety message for our thorough understanding of the issues.
Safety and health committee
We have monthly occupational safety and health committees.
Education and training in several fields
Not only our employees, but also contractors and construction workers who operate in our company's premises, receive education about safety and risk-prediction training.
In addition, we hold disaster-prevention drills several times a year.
