Business Reform Based on Mid-Term Plan

Changes in management environment make us tune our goals for each year and always we envision ourselves in the next five years. Aiming to achieve such vision, detailed KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) are established and steadily realized. Especially, in our mid-term plan we envision ourselves in the Bridgestone Group using as strength our knowledge of manufacturing and high level of polymer development technology cultivated through a long period of time to apply them in new fields and to achieved our goals we are improving our entire corporation.
