Health management policy

We aim to create a safe, secure, and lively workplace to value our employees.
We support the maintenance and promotion of employees' health so that each one of employees can live a fulfilling life both physically and mentally and at work and at home.
Toward the realization of our corporate philosophy “Contributing to Society with the Highest Quality” and our corporate motto “Asahi with Good quality and Trust”, we will create a vibrant work environment where the employees can think for ourselves and take on challenges while demonstrating ownership.

Under the supervision of the President and Member of the Board, the General Manager of the General Affairs Department is in charge of health promotion, and the Manager of the Human Resources and Work-Style Reform Promotion Section will assign a person in charge of Reform Promotion from the Safety, Disaster Prevention and Environment Section, which assigns a public health nurse and health promotion officer. We will also cooperate with industrial physicians and health insurance societies.

We work to maintain and improve health via PDCA for health management promotion activities.
Receiving health management certification from each institution will strengthen our cooperation with each of them and improve the level of our activities.

We have established a Safety and Health Committee based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act hold monthly. This is the foundation for promoting health management.
