Environmental education to children at a neighbor elementary school
On November 5, Asahi Carbon Co., Ltd conducted environmental education to 169 fourth graders at Niigata municipal Higashi Yamanoshita elementary school as part of their integrated learning. This environmental education started in 2014 using Asahi Carbon original program.
For this program, we presented the environmental conservation activities we conduct at our plant and gave children a lecture about our product, carbon black. All children listen to our explanation seriously.
Asahi Carbon will continue with this activity and endeavor to communicate with all neighbor citizens.
