Exhaust gas discharged from the factory is discharged from a high chimney of 89.5 m while removing harmful substances with a demister and continuously monitoring it for 24 hours. The vaporized water vapor from the water sprayed by the demister is in white.

By-product gas is partially burned to cope with pressure fluctuations in power generation equipment.

We use the by-product gas generated in the production of carbon black to generate electricity in-house. We cover all the electricity used in the factory, and sell the surplus electricity to neighboring factories.

CO2 generated during the production of carbon black is supplied to nearby factories and used as a raw material for the production of calcium carbonate. We contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.

Most of the factories have a closed system, which collects industrial wastewater and rainwater and uses them again in the manufacturing process, thereby contributing to the reduction of water resources and the amount of wastewater. When draining, the pH and turbidity of the drainage are constantly monitored and drained.
